The engagement is announced between Guy Crofton 9th/12th Royal Lancers (Prince of Wales’s) son of the late Lord Crofton and Lady Ann Crofton of Kilbride, Wicklow, and Gillian, only daughter of Mr H.G.M. Bass, CMG and Mrs Bass of Reepham Norfolk.
