We have to announce the death at Bangor Lodge, Ascot, of Sarah Harriett, widow of Sir James Bourne, Bart., C.B., of Hackinsall Hall, Fleetwood, and Heathfield, Wavertree, near Liverpool, who died in 1882. Her ladyship was the daughter of Thomas Fournis Dyson, of Willow Hall, Yorkshire, and Everton, Liverpool. She was born in 1815 and married in 1841. Her only son, Sir James Dyson Bourne, Bart., late colonel 5tb Dragoon Guards, married Marion, daughter of the third Marquis of Ely, and died 1883, when the baronetcy became extinct. Her ladyship leaves one surviving daughter, Harriet Anne Dyson, who married J. W. Seaburne May in 1883.

The will of Dame Sarah Harriet Bourne, formerly of Heathfield, Wavertree, near Liverpool, and late of Queen’s Gate Gardens, South Kensington, who died on September 22 at Bangor Lodge, Ascot, was proved on January 15 by James Wm Seaburne May. the surviving executor. the value of the personal estate amounting to £7,116
