After living a long life full of love and laughter, Jim passed away peacefully on November 13th 2014.
Jim was a devoted and loving husband to Maureen, a dedicated and loving father to Marcie (Jay), Joanne (Jeff), Kelly (Otis) and Laura (Nenad), a cherished and fun loving grandpa of Rachel, Jake and Lacy, the beloved brother of Bob and dear uncle of Jennifer and Jimmy. Visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home,1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa (south side of Taunton Road, east of Thorton Road) 905-440-3595 on Monday November 17th from 6:00-9:00 p.m. and on Tuesday November 18th from 10:00 a.m. until time of service to celebrate Jim’s life in the DeStafano Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in memory of Jim. Memories may be shared at www.destefanofuneralhomes.ca
