DEATH OF LADY MAY
Wife of West Riding Territorial Commander
Lady May, wife of Major General Sir Reginald Seaburne May died suddenly yesterday, while on a visit to friends at Malton, Yorks. Lady May was 45.
She married General May, the eldest son of the late Admiral of the Fleet, Sir William H. May in 1906.
Major General Sir Reginald Seaburne May was appointed last year to the command of the 49th West Riding Division Territorial Army.
he was formerly Brigadier in charge of Administration, Northern Command and director of Recruiting and organization at the war office.
